The Certificate in Sports Leadership and Coaching equips Christian coaches, athletic directors, sports ministry and organizations’ leaders with the academic knowledge, spiritual understanding, and practical skills needed to influence athletes to make an impact for Christ and His Kingdom in a culturally diverse world. The Organizational Leadership Certificate, provides advanced development training for Christian leaders. In these specially tailored courses, learn to communicate vision and change in a variety of contexts, cultures, and teams; increase your skills in personal and group development; and be equipped to fruitfully guide organization strategy and manage change within global contexts. The Certificate in Christian Camp Leadership provides a foundational understanding of camp and outdoor ministry through flexible, tailored learning aligned with students' vocational interests. The program is designed for entry-level and mid-level professionals and seasoned leaders transitioning into the field from other vocations. Based in the liberal arts tradition, this program seeks to prepare theologically grounded, spiritually maturing, practically skilled leaders for the Christian camping movement worldwide. (Online)
