As the physics and engineering department office coordinator, Irish-born Mary Carrington updates the department website, manages department operations, and enjoys working with Wheaton College students. She also helped with equipment orders for the new engineering lab,

Mary has an extensive writing and publishing background. She has worked as a freelance and staff journalist with Christianity Today. Her articles are published under the name Mary Cagney. Her recent publications include articles in the Encyclopedia of Christianity in the United States edited by Wheaton graduate Mark Lamport.

She also worked as a technical writer with a web hosting company and as a training support specialist in Wheaton College Library. She has assisted at a doctor of ministry course in Tyndale Seminary, Toronto and has ministered and spoken at conferences in the United States, Europe, South Korea, and New Zealand.
