Mars, Inc. is a $35B global food company with world-reknown brands such as Snickers, M&Ms and Pedigree. Ms. Colber-Baker is the Director of Global Programs for Mars University, Mars, Inc. Mars University is comprised of 11 Colleges which deliver learning and development opportunities for the 75,000 associates of Mars, Inc.

Ms. Colber-Baker is a strategic, results-oriented leader known for integrity, passion for winning, and the ability to build high-performing, collaborative teams. She offers 20 years of successful financial management specializing in strategic planning, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Mars, Inc. in 2007 as Chief Financial Officer for Mars Retail Group, she served for two years as Sr. Director of M&A for Burger King Corporation and for 13 years in various finance, strategy and real estate development roles with PepsiCo/YUM! Brands. In 2011, Ms. Colber-Baker moved from finance to human resources within Mars, Inc. She now invests her professional energy in leading the Mars University Global Programs team in developing and deploying capability building learning experiences for the 75,000 Mars, Inc. associates in North America.

Ms. Colber-Baker earned a BA in Business/Economics from Wheaton College and an MBA in General Management from the University of Virginia Darden Graduate School of Management. She lives with her husband and two sons in the Chicago area. Outside of work Ms. Colber-Baker enjoys adventure travel with her family and spending time twice per year with the children of Hogar de Nazareth, an orphanage in Comayagua, Honduras.
