Wade Center Remains Closed to the General Public due to COVID-19
Offering Limited Research Access
November 20, 2020
Per the guidelines set forth by Wheaton College and its desire to protect the health and safety of students, faculty, and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Wade Center will remain closed to the general public until further notice.
During this time, only Wheaton College students and employees may schedule research appointments to visit the Kilby Reading Room to use of our materials. Those who qualify must read our COVID-19 Reading Room Procedures, which include how to schedule an appointment. Please note that the Wade Center will be closed for the holidays and will not schedule any research appointments from December 21, 2020 through January 3, 2021.
We sincerely apologize to our visitors for this inconvenience and look forward to welcoming you back when it is safe and permissible to do so. In the meantime, off-campus researchers may contact Wade staff at email@example.com with archival questions; review our Collection Listings for access to our catalog and material descriptions; or email the Wade Center if interested in hiring college-approved scholars to do research for them.
