About 25Live

25Live is the scheduling software that Wheaton College uses to schedule most locations on campus as well as services required from Bon Appétit (catering,) Academic & Institutional Technology (audio/visual) and Custodial (setups.)

It is also used to display events on web-based calendars and to schedule campus vehicles. Submitting a request in 25Live is the first step in the event planning process.

Accessing 25Live

Faculty/Staff

To obtain a 25Live account, faculty and staff may simply log in to 25Live with their NetID.
For questions or to request in-person 25Live training, please contact Scheduling Services.

Students

Students are encouraged to access 25Live to see location availability, but will need to submit requests for events through college departments.

Reserving a College Vehicle

Faculty/Staff may submit vehicle requests using our simplified Vehicle Request Form which is processed through 25Live.
