Solicitation Policy for Non-Wheaton College Persons and Groups

The Wheaton College campuses, which include all buildings, facilities and grounds, are private property and subject to restrictions as allowable by law.

Persons and groups not employed or enrolled at Wheaton College are not permitted to solicit, sell or protest on the premises. Promotional content that is consistent with the Wheaton College Community Covenant may be directed to the College Postmaster, located in the Beamer Student Center, regarding distribution for a fee.

Persons and groups not employed or enrolled at Wheaton College who wish to distribute flyers, leaflets, or other solicitation information and/or organize a protest will be required to remain on public sidewalks around the perimeter of the Wheaton College campus (i.e. College Avenue, Washington Street, Harrison Street, and President Street).

Promotional content for events sponsored by persons and groups not employed or enrolled at Wheaton College must be consistent with the Wheaton College Community Covenant and must be approved at the Ticketing and Information Office, located in the Student Services Building, before posting.

All promotional content may be subject to approval by the Vice President for Student Development.
