Project Manager for Design

In her role as Project Manager, Aubrey is responsible for managing Graphic Design projects for the Marketing Communications Department. This includes tracking timelines and request details, interfacing with freelancers, and ensuring projects are completed in an efficient and timely manner. Aubrey is new to the department as well as the Wheaton College family. She reports to the Director of Web and Graphic Design, Rebecca Larson.

Aubrey attended Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais where she received a bachelor’s degree in Housing and Environmental Design with a double minor in Marketing and Fashion Merchandising. Aubrey brings over fifteen years of marketing, event planning, customer service, and administrative experience, serving most recently at Guaranteed Rate as the Marketing Project Manager. Aubrey attends Chapel Street Church where she leads a small group with her husband, serves on the Event Planning Committee, and can be found smiling behind the Welcome Desk on any given Sunday. In her spare time, she enjoys walks with her husband and German Shepherd, Murphy, watching movies, photography, drawing, creating, designing, decorating, and planning parties.
