Personal Training Services

Program Design.  Meet with a certified trainer for a half hour to discuss your current fitness goals.  Your trainer will then prepare a workout for you to help you accomplish those goals.  Your workout will be available the next day at the Weight Room desk.

Weight Training.   After your program design, you may choose to do your workout with your trainer.  Trainers can teach proper form for safety and peak results, and provide motivation and accountability.  Train with your trainer on a regular basis, or just a few times to get comfortable with your workout.

Body Composition Analysis.   Track your progress by having your body fat tested through hydrostatic weighing and caliper measurements.  Measurements and weight can also be assessed.

Nutritional Analysis.   Record a log of all food eaten in a typical day.  After your data is analyzed, you will receive a 30 minute session with your trainer to review your results.  You will also receive suggestions on how to improve your health through better food choices.
