Group Fitness

Overview
Group Fitness Classes are offered at no cost for Wheaton College students and Staff/Faculty as well as their dependents.  Community Members and guests are not permitted to participate in the Group Fitness Classes. Group Fitness Classes are held in the dance studio by the pool balcony.

Class Descriptions

Zumba: Rhythmic cardio with Latin and International music

Pilates uses various poses and movements to improve flexibility, strength, and balance.  Although it was originally developed for dancers, anyone interested in improving posture, core strength, and overall well-being will benefit!

Renew uses invigorating stretch and light weight work while incorporating Scriptural meditation for a holistic workout experience.
