Membership
Community
Memberships are available at cost to area residents, alumni
and missionaries. These memberships are offered with the
understanding that participation is restricted to the hours
and facilities available for general, non-programmed use.
Facilities
for Community use include the pool, track, and Strength and Conditioning Room.
Community members are restricted from use of the gymnasiums,
combative room, dance studio, and climbing wall. Availability
of certain facilities may be restricted or extended upon
notice.
Community
Use is discouraged on weekdays between the hours of 3:00
and 6:00pm due to the increased student usage during this
time.
All
Community Members must present I.D. upon entering SRC.
Community Members are expected to abide by all User
Guidelines.

Renewal
Process. Community Membership is renewed on a quarterly
basis. Membership renewal forms are sent to your home address.
Members are expected to pay by the first day of the new
quarter. Payment may be made by either cash or check (payable
to “Wheaton College”). Membership quarters start January
1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.
Activation
Fee. All new, non-alumni members pay an activation
fee of $30.00. Community members (other than alumni members)
who take more than four quarter away from membership will
be asked to pay the $30 in order to reactivate their membership.

Wheaton
College Alumni are not required to pay the $30 Activation
Fee.

Guest Passes
Wheaton College Alumni, Wheaton area residents, and visiting friends of Students, Staff/Faculty and SRC Community members may use the SRC at any time
by paying the nominal Guest Pass Fee ($7 for one day, $30
for five days).
During
Homecoming Weekend & Alumni Weekend, all Wheaton College alumni may use the
SRC for free. Anyone using the facility must sign a liability
waiver at the Front Desk.
Immediate family of Wheaton College Students, Staff or Faculty members may use the SRC for free when visiting from out of town.
Summer
Membership
Available
from May 15 – August 15, the SRC Summer Membership allows
an unlimited number of memberships. Summer Members pay
the $30 activation fee in order to join for the summer.
Memberships are prorated on the first and fifteenth of the
month.
