Welcome to the Student Activities Office website. The SAO is an exciting place! Our office is the center for campus-wide programs and activities, leadership opportunities, skill development, and student organization training, advising and registration. We have programs ranging from traditional all-campus events such as the Talent Show and Class Films (where each class makes a short movie), to a Faith and Culture Film Series and weekly Coffeehouses in the Stupe. The board that plans all of these events is College Union (CU). Student Government (SG) serves as the representative body of the students, advocating for various causes and facilitating services like Airport Shuttles and Dine with a Mind. Solidarity Cabinet (SC) is committed to addressing diversity on campus and working toward racial reconciliation. At the beginning of the school year, new students are welcomed to Wheaton's campus by the Orientation Committee (OC) through their planning and facilitating of many orientation programs. In addition to these organizations, the SAO also sponsors 45 clubs on campus that host a wide range of events, many of them focusing on outreach, cross-cultural understanding, and social justice.
