Photos in The Record strive to accurately portray newsworthy events and people on campus.
Photographers routinely take the photographs that appear in The Record. Photographers routinely attend sporting events, concerts and news events. Photographers learn photojournalism after being trained to use The Record’s Nikon camera equipment.
The photo editor assigns photographers to stories and then edits photos. Photographers are expected to be reliable and keep in contact with the editor.
