General Information:

A limited number of one bedroom apartments are available for single graduate students. Single graduate students are assigned double occupancy. Married student housing is available primarily for International and Colson scholar families, though domestic graduate married couples may be accommodated, if space allows. Three 3-bedroom houses for International or Colsen Scholar families are available on a limited basis.

Apartments are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis as applications are received. Applications for the fall semester may be submitted no earlier than the first day of classes the preceding January, and applications for the spring semester may be submitted no earlier than the first day of classes the preceding August.

Acceptance of the assignment is confirmed with a signed Tenant Agreement and a $250 deposit. The deposit is refundable if the student cancels his/her housing assignment in writing at least five weeks prior to the first day of classes in the fall/spring semester. Otherwise, the deposit is applied directly to the student's account after he/she checks into campus housing.

Rent is charged to student accounts in one lump sum at the beginning of both semesters and again at the beginning of summer. Rent for the 2008-2009 academic year is as follows:
