Dr. Mangis is a practicing a clinical psychologist and with
Heartland Counseling in Elburn, Illinois. He is co-founder and
Executive Director of the Center for Rural Psychology (www.ruralpsych.org)
and founding member of the Chicago Area Christian Training Consortium
(CACTC.org).
