Commencement Weekend | May 9-11, 2008
Each year we look forward to a special weekend recognizing the hard work and dedication your student has demonstrated here at Wheaton College. Detailed information regarding our 2008 commencement will be mailed to parents of graduating seniors in early March, and will also be posted in ePartnerships and on the Registrar’s website.
Summer Socials | July-August 2008
Each summer Wheaton alumni, parents, friends and students gather by region to welcome new students and their families, and to wish both new and returning students well as they leave home for the academic year. These informal gatherings offer new families the opportunity to connect with the Wheaton College community before leaving home.
Wheaton parents may volunteer to host a summer social in their region. Hosts are responsible for working with the Parents Program staff to promote the event and to arrange event details. If you are interested in hosting a summer social, please print and return the Summer Social form or call the Parents Program at 630.752.5779.
Parents Orientation | August 21-23, 2008
Welcome to the Wheaton College family! We are looking forward to meeting you this August 21-23. By the end of June your son or daughter will receive information about Student Orientation. Throughout the weekend, the Parents Program hosts events especially for new Wheaton College parents. Look for more details coming in June.
Family Weekend | Nov. 7-8, 2008
Each fall, Wheaton College families visit their students for a weekend full of festivities, including the College Union talent show, athletic events, parent seminars, and the President's annual prayer breakfast. Plan now to attend Family Weekend 2008, Nov. 7-8. Watch your mail for a brochure in late September.
