A council representing twelve families assists in the administration of the Wheaton College Parents Program. A chaircouple/person is named, and members normally serve for the duration of their students’ enrollment or a maximum of four years if multiple children are enrolled.

The Parents Council is an advisory group, and its members function as liaisons between Wheaton parents and the administration. The Council meets three times each school year to hear reports on college life, discuss parent concerns, and to evaluate ways for the College to communicate with all parents.
