The Wade Center presents Art Exhibit
"Pauline Baynes: A Lifetime of Illustrations"

The Marion E. Wade Center museum is proud to present an exhibition featuring the life and works of artist and illustrator Pauline Baynes.

Her artwork will be on display February through May 2008, including original drawings for Prince Caspian from the Chronicles of Narnia series by C.S. Lewis, other fantasy-themed illustrations, and a selection of published illustrated works.

Also featured are new paintings by Ms. Baynes based on Psalm 8. The Psalm 8 illustrations have been published in a limited edition art book entitled Psalm 8: How Excellent is Thy Name, available only at the Wade Center.
