53rd Annual Archaeology Lecture Series
"From Migdol to Aswan: Geoarchaeology in Egypt and Sinai"

This fall, speakers will describe new insights to the human history of the Nile Valley, Nile Delta, and the Sinai. Topics include marine archaeology, satellite remote sensing, discovery of ancient quarries and mines, paleogeography, and the most recent excavations in the Sinai and Nile Delta regions. Lectures are free and open to the public, and include:
