Philosophy Lecture

The Department of Philosophy at Wheaton College offers a lecture at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, December 2. Paul K. Moser, professor and chair of philosophy at Loyola University in Chicago, will present a lecture titled “Beyond Natural Theology to Kerygmatic Philosophy.” Author of the book “The Elusive God,” Dr. Moser will discuss why the Judeo-Christian God interacts with some and not others, and what purposes are served by God’s elusiveness.

Free and open to the public, this third lecture in the 2008-2009 Philosophy Lecture Series will be held in room 339 of Blanchard Hall, located at 501 College Avenue in Wheaton (campus map). For more information, call the Department of Philosophy at 630.752.5040 or visit www.wheaton.edu/philosophy.
