The Billy Graham Center Museum at Wheaton College is displaying a new temporary exhibit August 22, 2008 through February 26, 2009, titled “A Vision of Hope: Reflections of Poverty and AIDS in Africa.” The exhibit depicts the challenges and hope in Africa’s battle against AIDS and poverty using photos and art compositions by local artists Al Buschauer and Marg Rehnberg.
A reception will be held in the gallery from 5:30 – 8:00 p.m. Thursday, October 16. Both artists will be in attendance and light refreshments will be served.
The museum is open 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 1 pm. – 5 pm. Sunday. There is a suggested donation of $4 for adults, $3 for students and seniors, $1 for children and $10 for family.
