Broadcast your event

WETN offers the opportunity to broadcast Wheaton College campus events on community and campus cable TV systems, online at wetn.org, and on FM 88.

Follow these steps to arrange a broadcast for your event:

1) Complete an Event Support Request Form to ensure that Media Resources staff are present at the event to operate audio and video equipment.

2) Email WETN or call x5074 to schedule a broadcast for your event.

If it is not possible for an event to be broadcast live, Media Resources staff can tape events from virtually any spot on campus for later broadcast.

In order for an event to be broadcast live, it must be held in one of the following campus locations:

• Barrows Auditorium (Billy Graham Center)
• Chatlos TV Studio (Billy Graham Center)
• Coray Gymnasium (Beamer Student Center)
• Edman Memorial Chapel (main auditorium)
• King Arena (SRC)
• McCully Field (football field)
