How to Apply

There are three main steps to apply to Wheaton College Graduate School.


Step 1: Check the Deadlines

Check the Application Deadlines for your program of interest. 

Doctoral degree programs: Please note application deadlines have passed for the Ph.D. and Psy.D. programs for Fall 2015. We are now accepting applications for Fall 2016.

Step 2: Review the Requirements

Review the graduate admissions requirements and graduate entrance exams to find out what is required for your particular program.

Step 3: Submit an Online Application

Submit either a "Graduate Application" or "Graduate Short Application" online.

Online Graduate Short Application

There are a few situations that require an Online Graduate Short Application for applying to the Graduate School. Please note if one of the following applies to you:

  • Resubmit or Reenroll 
    For applicants who did not complete their application for a previous term, are applying for a new term, deferred admission, or withdrew for one or two terms.
  • Accelerated MA 
    For current Wheaton undergraduate students only
  • Second Master's Degree 
    For current Wheaton Master's students only
  • Special Student 
    For non-degree-seeking students


Auditor Forms

  • Audit for Alumni 
    Students will need to have an approval signature from the Alumni Office
  • Audit for Non-Alumni 
    Auditors must have a high school diploma or high school equivalency
