This link will take you to our online application form Create Account Screen. If you applied for admission online, use the same user name and password. Otherwise, you (the student) will need to create an account in order to submit the application. The parent section can be done separately, but the parent will need to access the form with the student's username and password.

Tip: To get to the page where you can look up your username, on the application page, click on Change your password. In the window that pops up, click Cancel. The next window should say Authentication failed. Look up the account name. It will ask for the student's first and last name and email address (accounts are tracked by last name and email address). The username will then by emailed to the email address given. There are also options for looking up the password and/or changing the password.
