myWheaton: This is the online resource for accepted and returning students. Check aid status and accept/decline award here. New admits must first set up a Wheaton email account before they can access myWheaton. Please note: When accepting your aid, it is important to work from left to right and complete each tab in its entirety before moving to the next tab or before accepting the aid.

2009-2010 Calendar

Friday, July 3 - Office closed for the Independence Day holiday. Open again on Monday, July 6.

May - August: Processing of aid for returning students. Awards will be posted on myWheaton. Students must also access myWheaton to accept award.

July - Stafford loan borrowers: Look for information from your lender about signing a master promissory note. Also be sure to complete loan entrance counseling.

Early July - Bills have been sent from Student Accounts. Contact Student Accounts at 630-752-5801 for more information or for information about payment plans.

July 2 - Earliest valid date for August grads to complete loan exit counseling

Approximately 10 days before the beginning of the semester - Aid will disburse into student's account provided all paperwork is complete and student is enrolled full-time (for full-time students)
