Japan Christian College newsletter
ca. 1955

Don and Martha Hoke arrived in Japan in 1952 as missionaries. Not long after that, their mission asked them to take over a small Bible school in Tokyo and raise its academic level so that it could be accredited as as a college. Don became president of Japan Christian College (called Tokyo Christian College after 1966). The Hokes remained with the school until 1973. Below is an earlier newsletter, sent to supporters in the United States. The date is ca. 1955.
