Decision card, 1950s. One of the key documents of the crusade. A counselor filled one of these card out for each inquirer he talked to. The cards were used to gather statistics, then sent to the church of the inquirer’s preference for follow-up. The hope was that congregation members would visit the new Christian and provide him or her with a church home.
