| Letter from Pearl Goode to Willis Haymaker. January 7, 1957. Since 1949, Pearl Goode had prayed intensively for each Billy Graham crusade, organized prayer groups to do likewise and traveled to the city of each crusade to pray there. Armin Gesswein, who she mentions in the first sentence of her letter, was in charge of organizing prayer groups internationally to pray for the New York Crusade.
