Q: How do I register for this site?
A: Simply select "First Time User" from the main page.
Q: I don't have a copy of Wheaton magazine. How can I find my Unique ID Number?
A: Go to www.wheaton.edu/alumni/lookup and enter the required information to find your number.
Q: Do I have to register to use the services on the site?
A: Not in all areas. You may view many portions of the site without being a registered user. Other services will require you to have a username and password which you can obtain only by registering with the site. The following services are available under the password protection:
Q: Once I have registered, how do I change my address and personal information?
A: Simply select "View & Update" from the "My Profile" menu on the main page, and then make any necessary changes to your profile.
Q: What do I do if I have additional questions not answered in this section?
A: Just email us at alumni@wheaton.edu.

Q: What if I've lost my password and cannot enter the community?
A: Follow the instructions within the community under "Lost My Password."

Online Directory
Q: I tried to access the directory and search for others, but the system is asking me for my username and password and I don't have one.
A: This area of the site requires you to be registered. To do so, click on First Time User and then follow the instructions on the page.
Q: How do I find a friend in the online directory?
A: Select "Alumni Directory" from the "Online Services" menu then select "Search the Directory."
Permanent Email Forwarding Address
Q: How do I obtain a Wheaton email forwarding address?
A: Simply select "Email Forwarding" from the "Online Services" menu and follow the instructions.
Q: Can I send email account from this account?
A: No. This is an email forwarding account only. You will select an account to have email sent to this address forwarded to.
Career Center

A: This area of the site requires you to be registered. To do so, click on First Time User and then follow the instructions on the page. Once you log in, you will be redirected to the Career Services website to utilize its online resources.
