To order alumni address lists or labels, print an alumni address request form, and send it to the Alumni Office. Please be sure to include a copy of any material you will be sending.

Email Request Form | Faculty, Staff, Students

If you need to email alumni, print an alumni email request form, and send it to the Alumni Office. Please be sure to include a copy of the email wording you'd like to send.

Alumni Audit Form | Alumni

To audit a course for a reduced fee, print an alumni audit form, then stop by the Alumni Office for an approval signature. You may audit several classes at once, but you will need a separate form for each class.

Alumni Biographical Update Form | Alumni

Complete and return the alumni biographical update form to the Alumni Relations Office, where it will be stored in your Class Binder. If you find yourself on campus, please stop by the office, located at Westgate on the corner of Washington and Union Streets. Here you can read up on what other classmates are doing by looking through their updates.
