What is the racial make-up of the College faculty?
Students are influenced by both the academic and personal integrity of faculty; Wheaton is blessed with an exceptional group of women and men who balance professional excellence, personal development, social/civic action and the integration of their deep commitment to Christ with their discipline. These scholars mentor, teach, counsel, and challenge students daily. The representation of ethnic minority faculty (especially underrepresented) has grown significantly in the past few years. Additionally, it is important to note that there are numerous resources in women and men who are ethnic majority who have had significant cross cultural experience. Please pray that the Lord continues to show favor on the campus as we continue to recruit exceptional teacher/scholars to mentor and develop students in the classroom.
