As the Director, Brian spends the majority of his time supervising and developing student leaders. His responsibilities range from developing faculty and staff partnerships to supervising and discipling student cabinets like Student Ministry Partners, World Christian Fellowship and Youth Hostel Ministry.
Sue Lee, Assistant Director
As the Assistant Director, Sue supervises and mentors the student leaders involved in the cabinets of BreakAway, Christian Service Council, Global Urban Perspectives, and Missions in Focus.
Cathy Nolte, Office Manager
As the Office Manager, Cathy provides general oversight of all office functions, mentors students, and works with other staff providing oversight for the student leaders involved in BreakAway, Christian Service Council, Missions in Focus, and World Christian Fellowship.
Kimberly Black, Summer Ministries Coordinator
As the Summer Ministries Coordinator, Kimberly provides oversight for the student leaders involved in the cabinets of Global Urban Perspectives, Student Ministry Partners, and Youth Hostel Ministry.
Kristal Dove, Graduate Resident Assistant
As the Graduate Resident Assistant, Kristal partners with the OCO staff in helping to oversee the Christian Service Council - the Office of Christian Outreach ministry that provides students with the opportunity to minister to their neighbors in the Chicagoland area.
