Thursday, August 22 (EARLY ARRIVALS ONLY)

2:00 - 4:00 pm	Residence Halls Open for all music majors, Passage, International, and Passport Student Arrival Check in at residence hall before* stopping by the Welcome Center*
3:00 - 5:00 pm	Welcome Centers Open for all music majors, Passage, International and Passport Students Register for Orientation Phelps Room & Fireside Lounge, Beamer Center
6:30 - 8:30 pm	Music Major Orientation Meeting Meet the faculty, learn more about ensembles, touring, and more. Edman Chapel, Room 102 (backstage)

Friday, August 23

9:00 am - 4:00 pm	Residence Halls open for all new students Meet your new roommate! Check in at residence hall before* stopping by the Welcome Center*

Saturday, August 24

9:15 - 10:15 am	Your Calling as a Student-Part 1 Learn how Wheaton is committed to your personal formation through the liberal arts education, faith, living and learning, a multicultural vision for life, how the Bible is taught here, and the myriad opportunities available to you beyond the classroom. 10:15 - 10:30 am	Reception Enjoy an informal time of refreshments with families and other new students. Edman Plaza

Tuesday, August 27

9:00 - 10:00 am	Freshmen Registration Policies Academic policies, special programs, and provisions for registration changes. Edman Memorial Chapel

1:00 - 3:00 pm	Freshmen Registration Changes
2:30 - 5:00 pm	Quantitative Skills Test The Quantitative Skills Test is required of all students EXCEPT those who have received an AP Calculus AB score of 3, 4, or 5 OR an AP Calculus BC score of 2, 3, 4, or 5 OR an IB HL score of 5 or greater OR those who will either pass one of the following courses at Wheaton or transfer in credit for one of the following: MATH 218 – Introduction to Calculus with Precalculus (4) MATH 221 – Applied Calculus (4) MATH 231 – Calculus I (4) MATH 232 – Calculus II (4) Come prepared with sharpened pencils and a calculator.
