Courtney Bartz
Hi! My name is Courtney Bartz and I am a senior here at Wheaton wrapping up my degree in Biology. I transferred in Fall 2011 from the University of Denver. I’m a local from Palatine, IL! My favorite place on campus is SAGA. You really can't beat meeting friends over a #1 ranked meal. After Wheaton I plan to attend a Physician Assistant graduate program. I hope to see medical missions in my future, too! Transferring into Wheaton as a junior, I was concerned about engaging in a community where relationships had been well established. Transferring is no easy transition, but my experience has been incredibly blessed from the veteran transfers who genuinely wanted to help, roommates who have been an absolute joy to live with, and the patient assistance from the Admissions and Registrars Office. The friends I have made at Wheaton are simply phenomenal. Coming from a background of secular education, Wheaton life is a breath of fresh air. Wheaton is not perfect, but I’ve yet to find any other place with such a genuine heart for God's will.
