Why OC? Last year’s OC prepared me for what life was going to be like at Wheaton and I love the idea of getting new students ready to be at Wheaton as well. Wheaton is an amazing place and sharing my love for this school with others is going to be a blast.
About me: Born and raised in Wheaton, IL. I have two sisters, my oldest is a junior at Wheaton. I’m a third generation Wheatie. My parents met at Wheaton and various family members (grandparents, aunts and uncles) attended as well. After Wheaton, I’d love to get married and teach high school Spanish/coach somewhere in need of the Light.
Why Wheaton? I came here to play sports with teams that are playing with a bigger purpose. The incomparable community is another reason. The professors, faculty, and students are all so amazing.
Favorite place on campus: The roof of the BGC (Billy Graham Center)
Describe Wheaton in three words: challenging, unpredictable and authentic
Favorite Wheatonism: the acronyms: SAO, SAGA, BGC, etc.
Most memorable experience at Wheaton: OC Winter Retreat
What makes Wheaton unique? The incredible people surrounding you
Favorite CU or campus event: Talent Show
What person at Wheaton has had the greatest impact on you and why? Charlotte Hallstrom. She is an amazing woman of God, extremely talented, compassionate, and funny. So blessed by our friendship and can’t wait to see how God uses her in my life.
