Jasmine Tan
Hey! I’m Jasmine Tan, and I am a sophomore Mathematics and Economics major. I was born in Los Angeles, CA, but grew up in Singapore. Passport to Wheaton was such an incredible experience for me as a freshman – it introduced me to upperclassmen who understood where I was coming from and peers who were going through the same transition (from overseas) – that I came back to serve in Passport this year! I would encourage the freshmen to use all the resources (professors, campus staff, student leaders, ladder/1-to-1 partners, etc.) that are available to them because these people understand that transitioning can be a challenge and they are so willing to help new students with their transition to Wheaton.
