Why JustCo? I want to dig deeper into the things that break God’s heart. I wanted to get involved in something where I could develop and grow my passions and my giftings.

About Me: I grew up in a Christian family; in the middle of an older brother and younger sister; and first one to attend Wheaton. I am an island girl. In brief, growing up in Dominican Republic meant that beach, baseball, loud people and music were the norm for me. After Wheaton I hope to return to DR and spend some time giving back to my country. I also hope to be able to work in different parts of the world.

Favorite place you’ve traveled? Turkey

Describe Wheaton in three words: Place of Imperfect learners

Favorite Wheaton class: Wellness with Dr. Walters - fun, inspiring, and fundamental.

Favorite CU or campus event: Roller Disco, an excuse to act and look ridiculous and have tons of fun.

What person at Wheaton has had the greatest impact on you and why? She was a close friend and now a Wheaton Alumni. I was very impacted by the beauty of being vulnerable and the deepness of Christ-centered relationships.

What does justice mean to you? It means to make things right - whether that means living in right relationship with God and others or seeking to right wrongs.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years? I would love to have the opportunity to travel all the over the world. Other than that, wherever God leads me.
