Why JustCo? Justice Coalition brings awareness of relevant issues to students, engaging them by critical thinking and innovative means. I have a passion for restoring right relationships within justice, and I love how seeking justice doesn't end with awareness. We act. We're like the Justice League. But better.
About me: I grew up in Idaho, moved to Arkansas--one obscure state to the next. I am one of three sisters, but my parents' favorite child is our dog, Scout. When I grow up and have to get a real job, I'd love to teach English and write stories people can love.
Why Wheaton? The people. Some of the most genuine, real people I have ever crossed paths with are here. Also the omelettes. Favorite place you’ve traveled? Hiking the Yellow Mountains in Huangshan, China
What makes Wheaton unique? I want to do extraordinary things with the life I've been given. Wheaton not only expects you to do extraordinary things for Christ, but trains you to do so. That's definitely unique.
What does justice mean to you? Justice means restoration--bringing things that were once broken back into reconciliation and righteousness.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years? I have no idea. I'd love to roam all over the world, teach, write, love on people. But I don’t know what the future holds, and there's something radically beautiful about that. One thing I do know: it'll be an adventure.
