Why CU? CU has the voice to bring fun and hospitality to the entire campus. I wanted to be a part of that and to use my talents and experiences to add another piece of God’s Kingdom to Wheaton’s campus.
About me: I grew up in a suburb right outside NYC. As the youngest of four kids, I got away with a lot. Initially I went to SUNY Binghamton for my first two years in college. There I joined the ballroom dance team and fell in love with Latin dance. I am also really interested in neuroscience and hope to someday use my knowledge and expertise of the subject to help and mentor people.
What’s your favorite place on campus to connect with friends? Stupe or Anderson Commons because where there is food and community.
How would you describe the dinner hour in Anderson Commons to someone outside of the Wheaton Community? The food isn’t going anywhere so get a table QUICK!
If you had to perform in the Talent Show what would your act be and who would be in it? Salsa Routine with my dance crew!
Favorite CU event and why? Ultimate House Parties because that was the first event I was able to bond with friends.
How has the community at Wheaton impacted you? Wheaton’s community has shown me the many puzzle pieces that connect to create God’s kingdom. I have been loved; I have served and have been served by fellow students, faculty and staff.
