Wheaton Center for Faith, Politics and Economics Lecture Development and Human Dignity

The Wheaton Center for Faith, Politics and Economics will host a lecture by Erica Field on the topic of “Development and Human Dignity” at 7 p.m. Wednesday, November 16, 2011.

Dr. Field is the John L. Loeb Associate Professor of Economics at Harvard University and a faculty associate at the Institute of Quantitative Social Science. Her research has taken her all over the world and has recently shifted from a focus on economic development to a emphasis on health policy. During Wednesday evening’s lecture, she will discuss the relationship between property rights and economic stability.
