Many publications release college rankings in August. Here's a guide to where Wheaton College stands.

U.S. News & World Report
The 2013 U.S. News & World Report America's Best Colleges issue ranks Wheaton 56 out of more than 260 National Liberal Arts Colleges.

The Princeton Review
Wheaton is one of the country's best institutions for undergraduate education, according to The Princeton Review. The College is featured in The Best 377 Colleges, 2013.

Fiske Guide to Colleges
The Fiske Guide to Colleges 2013 named Wheaton College to its list of 41 Best Buy colleges and universities, based on quality of academic offerings in relation to the cost of attendance.

Kiplinger's
Kiplinger's rates Wheaton 35th for Best Values in Liberal Arts Colleges 2012-2013. Kiplinger's rankings measure academic quality and affordability, with quality accounting for two-thirds of the total.

Insider's Guide to the Colleges
The Insider's Guide to the Colleges 2013 observes, "Wheaton students...deeply value the way Wheaton has shaped them intellectually and spiritually."

Forbes Magazine
Forbes magazine ranks Wheaton 99th in their annual list of 650 best undergraduate institutions.

Colleges that Change Lives
The book Colleges that Change Lives included Wheaton on this select list of 40 schools. Author Loren Pope said, "Wheaton is often called the Harvard of the evangelicals, but that moniker does not do it justice because it is head, shoulders, and heart above Harvard in its concern with good moral compasses and strong value systems, as well as in the percentage of future Ph.D.s it has turned out."

Peterson's says of Wheaton, "The academic curriculum combines with the extensive cocurriculum of artistic, athletic, religious, service, and social activities to achieve a lively interaction of Christian faith, learning, and living."
