- Groups can stay at HoneyRock on Friday and/or Saturday night for even more HoneyRock fun. Cost of an additional $25/person/night includes lodging and breakfast the next morning.
- Cancellations due to weather will be refunded or used as a deposit for the 2016 tournament.

Registration happens in two stages. First, the team leader creates a team and pays the $50 non-refundable depost.
