About Dan
I grew up in Normal IL and went to college at Trinity International University where I received a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies. While I was there, I developed a passion for showing people Christ in an outdoor setting, which turned into camp ministry. I also met my wife, Liz, while at Trinity. We have been married since 2009 and both work here at HoneyRock as we pursue our Masters Degrees through Wheaton College Graduate School.
Growing up in a Christian home allowed me to respond to the gospel at an early age. God developed my faith in him throughout my High School years through my family, a solid youth group, and loving youth pastors. During that time I went on a few missions trip where God showed me the importance of evangelism and gave me a passion for ministry as I entered college.
I love collaborating with the Holy Spirit here at HoneyRock. It is a joy to get to work with Him as people hear and understand the gospel. I also enjoy seeing people come to know Christ better in and through His creation.
