Our team of experienced professionals will manage all the details that make for a successful conference, allowing you to focus on your program.

We offer you a “one-stop-shop” experience. Beginning with your initial phone call through final billing, your assigned event manager is your primary contact, partnering with you through each step of your event. We have only one objective – to make your vision a reality.

Fred came to Wheaton College in 2007 from the Art Institute of Chicago, where he was Director of Special Events. He incorporates that spectacular event management experience into his leadership of Wheaton College Conference Services.

Troy BristowTroy joined the Conference Services team in 2010. He received his MBA in 1995 and has years of marketing and sales experience. In addition, Troy served as a missionary in Mexico for two years. He has a special ability to create marketing and sales plans and to scout out new customers who would benefit from Wheaton College and the Conference Services team.

Sara MillerSara, a native of Illinois and an avid runner, joined the Conference Services team in 2010 as the coordinator of the Harbor House, and has recently been promoted to Assistant Director of Operations. Her years of experience in the hospitality industry give her a unique ability to discern the needs of our guests.

Meagan joined the Conference Services team in 2008. She is a Wheaton College graduate, class of 2006, and is excited to be working in the College community. Her outgoing personality and customer service skills make Meagan the perfect fit for this fun and professional team.
