About Patricia Helbig
Patricia enjoys teaching watercolor to the participants in the Adult Art Classes and seeing their reaction to the application of color to paper.
In 2002, a new wing was added to Sleepy Hollow Elementary School which was named after Patricia: The Patricia Helbig Art and Literature Center. She was honored to have her painting purchased by Northeastern Ill. University, a first for the school.
Patricia is passionate about her watercolor and paints daily in her studio. She enjoys teaching folks of all ages and shares that love of painting with them. Patricia enjoys creating/sewing banners for her church. She is a member of the worship committee.

About Jennifer Nagle
Jenny loves being able to approach each student individually. The students often exhibit great joy when they create.
Mrs. Nagle has completed further studies as a Smith Grant recipient at the Art Institute of Chicago.She owns and operates a custom painting business specializing in murals, faux finishes and decorative painting. Jennifer also designs and creates art to support scripture for area church services and ministries.
Jenny lives in the area with her husband Dave and their three children.

About Laura Tabbut
Laura enjoys teaching art to students of all ages. She brings art history into the studio practice to contextualize the work that her students create.
Laura’s artwork has been represented by Iam8bit Gallery and Exhale Unlimited in Los Angeles. She has also exhibited at the Brehm Center at Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA; Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, CA; and at Millard Sheets Fine Art Center in Pomona, CA. Her work was published by CIVA in the SEEN Journal. In 2012, she was invited to participate in Doing Good Well with CIVA, and in 2016 she worked as an artist in residence at the Grunewald Guild.
As a continuation of her studio practice, Laura keeps honey bees and studies the sounds that they create. She enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors.
