Mary Lederleitner

Mary LederleitnerMary Lederleitner is a missionary-in-residence at the Billy Graham Center and will become director of the Institute for Cross-Cultural Training in July 2013.

Mary Lederleitner authored the book Cross-Cultural Partnerships (InterVarsity Press, 2010). She teaches as an adjunct professor at Wheaton College and North Park Seminary, and serves as a consultant on the Leadership Team of the Wycliffe Global Alliance. She is finishing PhD studies at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and has an MA in Intercultural Studies from Wheaton College. She also serves on the board of Faith & Learning International, a 501©3 organization for young evangelicals and social entrepreneurs engaged on local and global mission.

Mary is frequently invited to speak at a variety of mission venues including church and agency conferences, as well as executive retreats. She tailors each engagement to best meet the unique needs each organization or church is facing. Mary’s great ministry passion is helping people to do their very best work and make their best contribution in the kingdom.

She is married to her best friend, John. They enjoy traveling, kayaking in a lake near their home, and spending time with friends and family. Mary also enjoys gardening. John works at an international company in the Chicago area. They do not have children because they married later in life.
