Lon Allison is executive director of the Billy Graham Center. He is also associate professor of evangelism and leadership at Wheaton College Graduate School and is a teaching pastor at Wheaton Bible Church (West Chicago, Ill.). Prior to directing the Billy Graham Center, Lon served as a youth minister, pastor of three churches, and director of evangelism and prayer for a denomination. He has been a guest speaker at churches and conferences the world over for the past 30 years. Lon and his wife, Marie, reside in West Chicago, Illinois. They have three adult children. Chris Castaldo serves as director of the Ministry of Gospel Renewal for the Billy Graham Center. His PhD dissertation, for which he is currently reading, concerns the doctrine of justification in the writing of John Henry Newman and Peter Martyr Vermigli. He is the author of Holy Ground: Walking with Jesus as a Former Catholic and main contributor to Journeys of Faith: Evangelicalism, Eastern Orthodoxy, Catholicism, Anglicanism. Chris was raised on Long Island, New York, as a Roman Catholic and worked full-time in the Catholic Church for several years. Chandler Im has been serving as director of Ethnic Ministries at the Billy Graham Center while also serving as director of the Ethnic America Network since July 2008. Originally from South Korea, he graduated from Boston University (BA in Religious Studies), Westminster Seminary California (MDiv), and Fuller Seminary (ThM and PhD in Intercultural Studies). He is an adjunct professor of missions at Faith Evangelical Seminary (Tacoma, Wash.) and is serving as general editor of and contributor to a volume on global diasporas and mission. He and his wife, Debbie, have two teenage children: Sabrina and Isaiah. They live in Aurora, Illinois, with a Shih-Tzu named Melon. Chandler has been to 46 states in the USA. Mary Lederleitner is a missionary-in-residence at the Billy Graham Center and will become director of the Institute for Cross-Cultural Training in July 2013. She teaches as an adjunct professor at Wheaton College and North Park Seminary, and serves as a consultant on the leadership team of the Wycliffe Global Alliance. She is finishing PhD studies at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and has an MA in Intercultural Studies from Wheaton College. Mary also serves on the Board of Faith & Learning International, a 501©3 organization for young evangelicals and social entrepreneurs engaged on local and global mission. She is frequently invited to speak at a variety of mission venues, including church and agency conferences as well as executive retreats. Roy Oksnevad is a seconded missionary from ReachGlobal (the international division of the Evangelical Free Church of America [EFCA]) and serves as director of the Muslim Ministry Program at Wheaton College through the Billy Graham Center. He is also an adjunct professor at Wheaton College and Northern Seminary. Prior to working at Wheaton College, Roy served as director of training and development at the South Asian Friendship Center (Chicago), a two-term missionary with ReachGlobal working among Muslims since 1985, and a pioneer inner-city church planter in Hoboken, New Jersey. Roy and his wife, Darla, reside in Villa Park, Illinois. They have three adult children. Rick Richardson is an associate professor at Wheaton College. He is also director of the Masters in Evangelism and Leadership and the Masters in Missional Church Movements at Wheaton College. Rick is also an associate evangelist and former national coordinator for evangelism with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship and an ordained Anglican priest, having served for three years as pastor of evangelism and small groups. Rick earned his MDiv from Northern Baptist Seminary in urban mission, and his PhD in Intercultural Studies from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Rick has four books, including books on evangelism, healing, and racial reconciliation. Rick seeks to bring together his passions for evangelism, prayer, and racial reconciliation in order to cast vision and equip an emerging postmodern generation and those who want to reach emerging culture people in ministry for the sake of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Karen Swanson is director of the Institute for Prison Ministries (IPM) at the Billy Graham Center. As director, she oversees the Charles W. Colson Scholarship Program, serves on the Christian Association for Prisoner Aftercare Advisory Board, and pursues the goals of IPM through collaboration, networks, and strategic partnerships that provide leadership and training to those engaged in correctional ministries for the advancement of the gospel.
