Group Fitness classes are offered at no cost for Wheaton College students and staff/faculty as well as their dependents. Community members and guests may also participate. Group fitness classes are held in the dance studio (SRC 208) by the pool balcony.
This is a core strengthening workout, also incorporating flexibility.
Monday, Friday: 6:15 a.m. - 7:00 a.m.
This class features high intensity cardio, infused with kickboxing and hip hop.
Tuesday: 4:15 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Thursday: 4:15 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
This class features invigorating stretch and strengthening work.
Monday: 5:15 p.m. - 6:15 p.m. (Intermediate / Advanced Session)
Monday: 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 9:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Friday: 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

This class features the best of pilates and yoga for effective strengthening and stretching.
Wednesday: 7:00 a.m. -7:45 a.m.
Rhythmic cardio with Latin and international music. This class is for women only.
Monday: 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
