Unlike most college theaters, which employ a theater major as the organizing feature of their efforts in theater, Wheaton's theater is organized around an ensemble as its core. This group, which has between 30 and 40 members at any given time, commits at the beginning of each school year to build, staff, and act in Arena Theater's 3-play Season.
