Students who have applied for financial aid will receive a letter and email, inviting them to electronically review and accept the aid offered. Since awards cannot be prepared until all required documents are received, you can check for outstanding requirements by logging into your myWheaton account.

New Freshmen: Submit a final high school transcript showing final class rank, grades for your senior year, and the date of graduation. All coursework must be completed satisfactorily. The transcript must have an approved seal and/or signature and come directly from your school. Please be sure to request this before you graduate since some school offices close for the summer.

Deadline to return your proposed schedule for fall courses (liberal arts freshmen only; transfers and Conservatory freshmen will be contacted separately). New students will meet with an advisor and be able to make schedule changes during orientation; advisors will be assigned at that time.

Every student is required to show proof of health insurance. You will be automatically enrolled in the student health plan (billed through student accounts) unless you complete the student health insurance waiver form to prove that you have health insurance coverage. Deadline to submit the waiver form is September 13th. |
