M.A. in Biblical Exegesis Admission Requirements

Admission to the M.A. in Biblical Exegesis is somewhat competitive and requires evaluation of the total applicant pool.

Requirements for All Applicants

  1. Application Deadline: February 1 for enrolling in the Fall of 2013.
  2. Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university with minimum GPA of 3.2.
  3. Application for admission with autobiographical information and essays as indicated in application.
  4. Official transcripts from all previous colleges or universities attended.
  5. Three references: Academic, Pastoral (or other Christian leader), and Professional (employer).
  6. Resume.
  7. GRE test scores (Tips for taking GRE).
  8. Signed Statement of Veracity, Statement of Faith, and Community Covenant.
  9. $30 non-refundable application processing fee.

Additional Requirements for International Students

  • English Proficiency exam (TOEFL or IELTS) is required for all International applicants.
  • The Formal Application deadline for International Students is January 1.
